Baking spelt cinnamon buns with flour - because adulting is hard, but making memories with my mini-me is easy! 🍞👦 Our house was basically an igloo, and I was missing correct pan (story of my life), but these buns still turned out fab!

The flavour and added nutrients were amazing. The best part for me though, knowing that my little dude could eat these without setting off his gluten sensitively!

Harper and I went to a panel discussion and documentary viewing on a film called Deep Rooted over Ag Days. This show is all about farmers mental health! In our industry the farm and animals come before our own wants and needs a lot (like going outside to check on them in the recent cold weather) but it's important for us to remember (and teach our kids) that there is no farm with without the farmer. Also, reminding myself of the important things - our kiddos and us, sharing these moments together like my smallest helper aggressively feeding me cookies.
