🎃 Okay we know we aren't even done with winter but our pumpkin order is placed for 2026 Pumpkin Patch!!

21 DIFFERENT VARIETIES! Including over 5 heirloom varieties and around 10 different colours! 🎨

We have a no tillage no chemical pumpkin patch that is grown within our living pasture system.

We are SO excited for this year and hope to see you there. Follow our social media ages to stay up to date we are normal open in the middle of September until around thanksgiving or until the frost stops us

Sunshine and cows what else could a girl need.

Our cows are having a mix of bales and grazing the grass in the pasture. We plan for this early season by managing where the cattle eat throughout the summer to make sure there are pastures with lots of grass going into the winter for March grazing. The cows actually prefer the grass over the bales as well!

Okay, so I'm not the best marketing photographer, but...hey atleast I remembered to take a picture before all these got eaten! 😂

Our pasture pork breakfast sausages have been a HIT at our house. Even when I forget to take them out of the freezer the night before, they take 10 minutes thawing in warm water, and I have them cooking! 🍳

We have a snowmobile now ! This means we don't have to bring the tractor out to the cows anymore. We can also load up as a family with a pail of salt and head out! The kiddo's sit between Mike and I. Because I am at the back and have the long legs my legs become the side bars to keep them safely on.

We also bought a cow working snowmobile. It's not made to go fast it's made to take your time and enjoy some fresh area going slow!

Homemade pasta night! 🍝🤌

Made the spaghetti with our Einkorn flour and our eggs. Then the meat sauce was a magical mix of homemade pasta sauce from our garden tomatoes and our bison.

Our growing boy had FOUR servings 💪of just pasta and cheese. But knowing that there was more nutrition in pasta than normal store bought I'm 110% okay with that.

Pork Smokies for the win! 🎉

These were so amazing and flavorful. 1 package comes with 6 smokies from our pasture raised pork.

We then got the pleasure of rounding out the meal with home grown potatoes and carrots. I always feel such a sense of pride getting to have a complete home grown meal!

Cows enjoying their bales 🥰👩‍🌾

This is one of the largest ways we improve our land ! The cows stay in the pasture year round (they have areas to get out of the wind). That means any unused food and deposits (💩) go right on the pasture. This becomes foods to feed the soil microbes and give them a great environment to grow in. Those soil microbes help the soil SO much and make our plants heathier and grow more. It's a win win 🌱🌱
