For me it has been a long journey of lifestyle changes. I started in January 2012 by working out regularly (interval training) which helped me lose 1.5 stones in the first six months of that year which I maintained for the latter part of 2012. In January 2013 I then stepped it up a notch and started cleaning up my diet/nutrition, I use the My Fitness Pal App to help log/track my food intake and ac
tivity, this has helped me lose over another two stones. I have lost 50lbs in total dropping from a uk SZ 16/18 to a size 10. I regularly change my workout DVDs to keep my body guessing. It has been a back to basics of moving more and eating less however I still eat what I want including the luxuries of fast food and chocolate (naughty!! Everything in moderation!!!
