Aging doesn’t mean breaking down.
It just means your habits matter more than ever.

I kept showing up—lifting weights to stay strong, soaking in the sun for energy and mood, eating plants for recovery and muscle (yes, you can get enough protein), and managing stress so it didn’t manage me.

No hacks. No burnout.

Is an avocado really too much fat for one meal? Let’s break a HUGE myth that’s keeping you stuck…”

For years, we were told that eating fat would make us fat — especially after 40.

But here’s the truth:
It’s not about how much fat you eat… it’s about what kind of fat you eat.
