It's Tell us Tuesday and our topic for today is 'talking it out.' 🌿🪻
Lots of folks like to talk it out with a trusted advisor, friend or therapist to help them process thoughts and feelings, problem solve, or even just to rant. There can sometimes be a powerful 'aha!' moment that happens when thoughts move from our heads into the air. It brings clarity, reduces anxiety, and helps us see patterns we might have missed.
We all have our own 'processing style.' Some of us need to talk through every detail to find a solution, while others just need a safe space to vent before they feel lighter. And some of us need time and space away from others entirely before we can even begin to talk it out.
