✨We are so pleased to welcome Natalia D'Abramo to our team!✨
Natalia D’Abramo is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist and RN Health Educator who brings a holistic, integrative approach to mental health care. She values alignment of mind, body, and
soul, and works collaboratively with clients to explore the root causes of suffering while supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
Her approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Grounded in person-centered care and a psychodynamic, attachment-based lens, she helps clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns, fostering insight, emotional growth, and self-compassion.
Known for her authenticity, warmth, and gentle humour, Natalia balances deep exploration with practical tools. Outside of therapy, she is also a circus artist and clown, seeing strong parallels between art and psychology — both rooted in connection, vulnerability, and transformation.
Creativity and healing are central to her philosophy, and this spirit of presence and authenticity carries into her therapeutic work.
Her work is eclectic and tailored to each individual, integrating:
● Psychodynamic & Attachment-Based Therapy
● Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
● Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
● Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
● Internal Family Systems (IFS)
● Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
● Somatic-Based & Compassion-Focused Approaches

She works with teens and adults navigating:
● Trauma
● Anxiety & Depression
● ADHD
● Grief & Loss
● Work & School-Related Stress
● Procrastination & Perfectionism
● Self-Esteem Challenges
● Life Transitions & Burnout

✨We are so pleased to welcome Ravpreet Chaggar, qualifying psychotherapist, to our team!✨
Here are some words from her about her practice;

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) providing trauma-informed, integrative therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational challenges, and identity exploration. My work is grounded in a holistic understanding of the nervous system, attachment, and the mind–body connection. I support clients in developing emotional regulation skills, increasing self-awareness, and building internal resilience.

My approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic-based practices, cognitive and emotion-focused strategies, and mindfulness. I believe that many of our struggles are adaptive responses to past experiences, and therapy becomes a space to gently explore protective patterns while strengthening self-leadership and compassion.

I work collaboratively with clients to create safety, clarity, and meaningful change. Whether someone is processing trauma, preparing for major life shifts such as parenthood or separation, managing intrusive thoughts, or rebuilding confidence, I focus on practical tools alongside deeper therapeutic exploration.

I aim to offer a grounded, supportive environment where clients can reconnect with their inner stability, increase emotional capacity, and move forward with greater alignment and intention.

SPECIALIZATIONS include:
- EMDR
- REUNIFICATION
- SPIRITUALLY INTEGRATED HEALING PSYCHOTHERAPY
- CRYSTAL HEALING INTEGRATED PSYCHOTHERAPY
- PSYCHOSOMATIC WORK
