Let me reintroduce myself here for a beat.

I am a practice owner and mom of four kids.

I am passionate about helping people resolve their past hurts and attachment trauma so that they can live a whole and integrated life in the present.

I do couples therapy. I am truly passionate about bringing couples closer together. Helping navigate relational challenges and move towards greater and deeper connection.

I am currently accepting new clients.

I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, and depression and perinatal mental health.

Random facts about me. I am a model part time, I love, lifting weights, you will normally find me outdoors and I love a good adventure.
