Dear valued clients. Following the recommendations of Dr Tam and the Ministry of Health, we will be requiring our clients to wear masks provided by us. Thank you for your continued patronage and your adherence to our requirements through this ever changing situation. Stay safe!

Hello to our loyal clients. Brooke and I are excited to begin working again after almost 4 months. Please be advised our prices have increased by $5 per service as the cost of the necessary PPE is very expensive. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon.

To our valued clients:

Over the next week, we will be contacting you to rebook your appointment affected by the Covid 19 shutdown. We are required to rebook people on a “most in need” basis so if we don’t contact you right away, we will be in contact shortly.
A few hours before your appointment time, you will be emailed a prescreening form to check for symptoms that may make you coming for a massage inadvisable. Please be as honest as you can. Our cancellation policy will not be enforced at this time and your honesty about symptoms will keep you, ourselves and all of our other clients as safe as possible.
Upon arrival, you will be given a shot of hand sanitizer and a mask if you have not arrived with your own. You will have your temperature taken and oxygen levels checked. If your prescreening form contains any “yes” answers about symptoms, or you are shown to have a temperature or low oxygen levels, your appointment will be cancelled and rebooked. This rule will be strictly enforced.
We will be filling you in on the new protocols when you arrive. Our prices have increased by $5.00 to offset the very expensive cost of personal protective equipment necessary to adhere to protocols set out by the Ministry of Health. Be aware that we can take visa, mastercard, cash or cheque as payment. If paying cash, please bring exact change as we will be handling cash as little as possible. If possible, bring cash or cheque in a Ziploc bag.
We so look forward to seeing you all again. Let’s all do our best to make your massage as safe for everyone as possible.
