🎨March Break is very quickly approaching - do you have a plan for your littles yet?! - Now you do! 🖌
We are running super fun art camps each day from 9:30am-3:30pm here at our expressive arts studio, geared towards ages 6-11 (with different art activities for younger/older kids!)
If your kid is really into messy process art and making SLIME, then we would personally suggest signing up for the Monday camp 🫟 Cost is $45+HST/day or $200+HST for the full week!

Introducing...MARCH BREAK MASTERPIECE MAYHEM! 🎨🤩Join us in the art room at Concepts in Mental Health and Resilience ANY DAY during our March Break Masterpiece Mayhem for a whole lot of creativity and fun with our Therapeutic Art Coach Nikki! 🖍️What to bring: Indoor shoes or slippers, a nut-free lunch, waterbottle and *we strongly recommend wearing clothes that can get messy!*
🖌️This will be an indoor camp : no need to dress for the bitter cold of the outdoors, we will be doing movement breaks in the conveniently located Dojo across the hall!

It’s DUNGEONS & DRAGONS (for youth) night!
We were so excited to introduce lots of young people at the Kids Adventure Expo this past weekend to the wonderful world of D&D. It’s always a blast to see them realize how fun it can be to use their imaginations and create and role play as different characters!

They barely even notice that they are working on math, problem solving, communication and social skills, all they know is they are having fun! 🎲🐉

✏ Doodles & Daydreams, every Tuesday from 4pm-5pm : A play-based therapeutic drawing class for kids, with a focus on creative mindfulness!

🎨 Mindful Makers, every Thursday from 6pm-7pm : Imaginative arts projects, crafts and activities specifically designed to teach and enhance mindfulness practices and encourage creativity!
