The THC potency of ma*****na tested at woodstock 1969 was around 1%, whereas the potency of ma*****na today can be as high as over 90%!!!!! Yes you read that right.

It's not "just w**d" anymore. The cannabis of today is potent and dangerous, especially for teens. I often hear parents minimizing their teen's use of cannabis, but the risks do not outweigh the benefits. Please get informed by reliable sources.

Research may find treatments for cannabis use disorder, sleep issues, and pain.

Hot Stone Restorative Yoga Class!

With Nathalie Jolette RYT 200hr (Registered Yoga Teacher)

Monday November 24th 6pm-7pm.
$45 per person.

During this class you will be guided through a series of restorative poses, supported with props and have hot stones placed on target areas on your body. You will feel warmed, soothed and relaxed.
