If you're planning your day around your bowel movements, it’s time to stop normalizing the discomfort. This used to be me and, yes, it became "normal" after a while!
It truly is amazing how many of us humans have been led to believe that only pooping every few days is okay. But your digestive system should be a rhythm, not a source of constant stress. (You really should be going 2-3 times daily- did you know that?)
