If you're planning your day around your bowel movements, it’s time to stop normalizing the discomfort. This used to be me and, yes, it became "normal" after a while!

It truly is amazing how many of us humans have been led to believe that only pooping every few days is okay. But your digestive system should be a rhythm, not a source of constant stress. (You really should be going 2-3 times daily- did you know that?)

When we look at functional testing, we aren't just looking for "bad news"—we are looking for the inflammatory load. We look for the pathogens and the missing good bacteria that are keeping your body in a state of constant reaction.

I no longer plan my life around where the nearest clean potty may be located, and you deserve to leave your house without a backup plan too! You deserve a digestive system that supports your life, not one that hijacks it.

In the 90s, they slapped "Fat-Free" on Twizzlers. Today, they are adding cheap protein isolates to heavily processed junk food, ice creams, and coffee creamers, calling it a "health food."

But there is a massive difference between what a food contains and what your body can actually absorb. When you measure nutrition by the actual DIAAS (Digestible Indispensable Amino Acid Score), factory-made protein products simply do not support your hormones or your energy the way real, bioavailable foods like eggs, grass-fed meat, and wild fish do.
