I don’t have the capacity to explain how not fine I actually am.
And that doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you.

Your brain is wired to protect you by avoiding pain. When life piles up, it tucks emotions away so you can keep functioning. The problem? Your body still feels everything your mind tries to skip—showing up as overwhelm, anxiety, poor sleep, panic, or snapping over the smallest things.
