Ahh winter is here...here's a great way to enjoy the snow and clear your stress, anxiety, blahs...whatever...super hot bath (hot enough to cook a chicken) then run out and lay in the snow (or just sit outside)...quick jump back in the water...repeat as needed!
It feels wonderful!
