Feeling so grateful reading your kind words!♥️
I’m incredibly proud of you — not just for how amazing you look in this dress 10 years later, but for the dedication you’ve shown over this past year. You committed to yourself, your health, and your goals — all while being a crazy busy working mom!

Prioritizing your body and well-being in the middle of everything else is no small feat. You showed up, stayed consistent, and made yourself a priority — and it shows Kelsi🥹

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. Here’s to showing up for yourself, again and again ✨🫶🏼

Three Years Strong🥂♥️🎉

This week marked three years since I started this journey—and what a ride it’s been. Building this company from the ground up has taken a lot of late nights, long hours, tough decisions, and serious hustle. But every bit of that effort has been worth it.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished, and even more grateful for the incredible people I get to work with every day. This company wouldn’t be what it is without the anazing people of EHS🥹🫶🏼

Here’s to the challenges we’ve overcome, the wins we’ve celebrated, and the momentum we’re carrying into the future. Let’s keep building something great—together♥️🥰

It’s been an absolute privilege to work with Stef during her postpartum recovery. Over several weeks, we focused on core rehabilitation and strengthening through our pelvic floor therapy sessions. I’m incredibly proud of the progress she’s made and the results she’s achieved✨💞

She chose to share her progress photos so it could inspire mothers to prioritize their recovery, and show that you can get strong after birth in a healthy, steady and safe way🥰🫶🏼

Stef you are such an amazing woman, mother and human! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for entrusting in me here at EHS 🥹🤗🫶🏼

“Love the skin you’re in” 🫶🏼⤵️

That’s truthfully one phrase I learned and actually absorbed over the last few years. The “look” of my body, and my hormones internally have drastically changed, but so has my mentality and training habits.

I used to care about what people would say about me, or how they would judge me and my body. Honestly, even in my best physique, I cared and wasn’t happy.

I’ve learned that loving the skin you’re in is truthfully more than loving the body you have… It’s also about being at peace with your body changing and embracing who you are in each phase of your life.

You have to go through a significant journey of self-acceptance and growth. Embracing the changes in your body and recognizing that happiness isn’t tied to appearance, and THAT is a powerful realization. It’s important to shift your focus from external judgment to inner peace and self-love.

People will judge you, purposely bring you down, most likely to make themselves feel better. That’s a them problem, not a you problem. Be at peace that your body is doing amazing things, that you are able and beautiful. Don’t look for validation in other people.

So LOVE the skin you are in. Treat your body with care and embrace what god gave you babe!!🫶🏼🤗😎♥️

Your gut is the third most important organ in your body. We have 3 “brains” that work everyday. 🧠 👀 They are located in the head, the heart and the gut. These 3 brains are interconnected and interrelated, and understanding their connection is essential for our health, well-being and development.

I get many people asking me “how do I support the gut” or when they’re high stress with high cortisol their gut doesn’t wanna work properly so they bloat and feel like crap. These few steps above are ways you can support your gut to function properly everyday🤗

We do things for our brain health, and our heart health, so why are we not doing the same for our gut??💚
it’s time to start paying attention to our gut and taking care of it🤗

These 7 tips will help you maintain a lifestyle of healthy eating and enjoyment!🤗

Most questions I get in my DM‘s are about food and what I eat in a day and if I treat myself to bad food.

The truth is balance is key, moderation is important, and variety is necessary😘

You can be healthy and enjoy food, and enjoy what you’re eating ♥️
