k like and how I might, through my practice, be able to help others find a healthier, happier and more peaceful way of being the light bulb went on! It quickly became very clear, I was going to be in the trenches working closely with people to help make this happen. About a 6 years ago I started Greg Klym Coaching (Mindfulness Based Wellness) and have been helping people become less stress and anxious while leading a healthier and more joyful life
I create space and guidance for clients to be more aware of what's happening in the present moment in a kind and open way. Our lives at times can be filled with so much stuff, we're pulled in so many directions and at times we can feel lost and overwhelmed by it all. Helping people cultivate mindfulness paves the way for new thoughts, perspectives and insights to arise which helps us to make wiser choices with the food we put in our bodies, how we treat the environment, relationships, work related issues, exercise...etc. There's nothing that being more mindful for doesn't help. I do one on one consults, group work, live or over the phone/online. Its an engaged process that requires clients to be active with different practices/exercises. Tools and resources are provided to help support clients find a new way of seeing and being. In addition to working with clients for stress and anxiety reduction, I also work with athletes, business leaders, teachers and anyone else wanting to enhance performance in their respective field. Its my aim with this page to pass along resources to help people along on their path. This practice is about waking up to who we truly are and living more fully despite the challenges that life continually throws at us. Mindfulness gives us the ability to work with whatever arises and be in a kinder and wiser relationship to it.
