You know when something just speaks to you, when deep down in your bones you know its just right? The practice of mindfulness through yoga and meditation have been that for me both as a teacher and a student. Big big shifts have taken place for me in so many ways over the last number of years that it continually blows me away. So when I was pondering what the next phase of my life was going to loo

k like and how I might, through my practice, be able to help others find a healthier, happier and more peaceful way of being the light bulb went on! It quickly became very clear, I was going to be in the trenches working closely with people to help make this happen. About a 6 years ago I started Greg Klym Coaching (Mindfulness Based Wellness) and have been helping people become less stress and anxious while leading a healthier and more joyful life

I create space and guidance for clients to be more aware of what's happening in the present moment in a kind and open way. Our lives at times can be filled with so much stuff, we're pulled in so many directions and at times we can feel lost and overwhelmed by it all. Helping people cultivate mindfulness paves the way for new thoughts, perspectives and insights to arise which helps us to make wiser choices with the food we put in our bodies, how we treat the environment, relationships, work related issues, exercise...etc. There's nothing that being more mindful for doesn't help. I do one on one consults, group work, live or over the phone/online. Its an engaged process that requires clients to be active with different practices/exercises. Tools and resources are provided to help support clients find a new way of seeing and being. In addition to working with clients for stress and anxiety reduction, I also work with athletes, business leaders, teachers and anyone else wanting to enhance performance in their respective field. Its my aim with this page to pass along resources to help people along on their path. This practice is about waking up to who we truly are and living more fully despite the challenges that life continually throws at us. Mindfulness gives us the ability to work with whatever arises and be in a kinder and wiser relationship to it. Most people try to fix their energy by doing more of the “right” things. It’s a natural inclination.

But what works for someone else… might drain you.
Your energy isn’t random.
It follows patterns.
And when you start working with those patterns instead of against them, things feel clearer, easier, and more sustainable.
This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about doing things at the right time, in the right state.

Pay attention this week:
When do you feel sharp?
When do you feel drained?
That’s where the shift starts.

It’s how it’s being perceived.

Not just because of pressure…
…but because of conditioning.

Over time, your system learns to associate performance with safety.
Achievement with worth.
Mistakes with risk.
So even neutral situations don’t feel neutral anymore.
Conversations feel more loaded.
Decisions feel heavier than they are.
Your mind starts scanning for what could go wrong.
Nothing about the moment actually changed.
But your relationship to it did.
Pressure can amplify this.
But it’s not the root of it.
The lens was shaped long before that.
So you stay switched on.
Alert.
Always evaluating.
Even when you don’t need to be.
This is where mental fog, second-guessing, and the inability to fully switch off begin.

The work isn’t just pushing through.
It’s learning how to see clearly again.
Because when perception stabilizes,
so does your performance.
