Hi 🤍 I wanted to reintroduce myself and share how my work has evolved. Behind the scenes, I’ve been studying, refining, and expanding the way I support the people I work with.

I’ve always been passionate about helping people get to the root of their health. Not just managing symptoms, but understanding why their body is responding the way it is.

So many people are doing “all the right things” and still not feeling their best. That’s what led me here.

I’m Trina, a Holistic Nutritionist and Live Blood Cell Microscopist. My work is centered around helping you truly understand your body so you can stop guessing and start feeling supported in a way that actually makes sense.
