Playing My Marbles
As many of you know, I have an affinity for marbles, which I used to collect and play as a child . . . until one day I figured I was done with them and gave them all away.
As a landscaper I do a lot of digging, and over the last 15-20 years I have found my fair share of marbles, as you can see below.
Friday I also found one, on one of my last little jobs before I start full-time employment (as a gardener) on Monday. I knew I was going to find a marble that day, as I often have other times.
After years of collecting, I am ready to play my marbles once again.
This, in conjunction with years of healing and finally having my nearest full health yet in this life, finds me able to play my hand at a lot of other passions that have been held back for a long, long time - music, writing, photography, sports.
Having felt consistently energetic and without headaches every other day or two for the last 2 years, I have forged on patiently and am now planning ahead for the first time. I can feel the next 20-30 years ahead, productive and successful on levels I have not fully known yet. :)
It is simply marble-us!
