Exciting news, friends! I’m happy to share that two of my short breath meditations are now available for FREE on 😎
It’s been a goal for many years, so I’m excited to have completed my first plunge, inspired by the idea that progress (experimenting) is more important than perfection.
Both meditations are trauma-informed and aim to help you settle anxious energy and rest/relax your body.
