Sometimes work just kicks yourass.
Those days where everything just keeps piling up and you just keep needing to just push through.
Those days where you just can't seem to catch up or keep your head above water.
The tough days where you come home and your feet are just aching.
When your to do list just keeps getting bigger and bigger. When there are just problems after problems
The days where you're just on the verge of tears because what the actual F?

For those those days that just kill you and diminish a little piece of you. Remember that you survived. You accomplished your tasks. You took that deep breath. You're home now and you're taking care of yourself. You've got this. You're a survivor of a bad day a bad week. But it's all good. Because you are the light.

You work hard and you deserve all the love that you give to this universe back in 10 fold.

This is the reason why we are making candles. For you all you lovely beings that are just surviving and working through it. ❀️

Happy Earth Day!

On Earth Day we should all be asking ourselves how we can take action and be better environmental advocates for the future.

What can you do?
- Organize or participate in a community clean up!
- Recycle and repurpose jars, old clothes, furniture and other possessions.
- Locate environmental organizations or initiatives that are in need of support.
- Bike your commute (if you are able).
- Buy sustainable products.
- Be energy conscious it can be as simple as turning off your lights and unplugging items you aren’t using.

This is not an exhaustive list by any means but take initiative and do something nice for the the Earth today and everyday after that πŸ’žπŸŒŽ

April is Earth month! 🌎

While we believe that caring for our earth is important year-round we thought we would share some ideas with you on how we can keep the forests and oceans healthy:

* Buy locally grown produce and shop with the seasons. Not only do you support local farmers by doing this but you support sustainable food systems which is good for our planet✨
* Repurpose your clothing, candle jars, dryer sheets (they are great for removing pet fur and you can use them as compostable seed pots), plastic bags, and old furniture. ♻️
* Take the time to learn about the many frontline initiatives that are fighting to protect the forests, beaches, bodies of water, and other ecosystems. πŸ”πŸœ Identify ways that you can support them whether that looks like donating, showing up or re-posting on social media all efforts are valid and important.

There are so many ways that we can care for the Earth. Share some of the actions you take or plan to take in the comments πŸ’ž
