Before joining, Kim was struggling with consistency in her workouts, feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to lose 10 pounds, and trying every diet without success.

But after starting the program, everything changed. Kim learned to prioritize herself, make time for regular workouts, and, most importantly, let go of the obsession with the scale.

She lost the 10 pounds, but without the constant stress and anxiety around food or weight loss.

Instead, she now feels strong, confident, and empowered, both physically and mentally.

Kim also emphasizes how the program isn’t just about the physical transformation. It’s about working on the inside by shifting your mindset and prioritizing change from a place of self-love.

She’s now more consistent with her fitness routine and has found a supportive community that keeps her accountable and supports maintenance.

When Megan first joined M&M, she was about 9 months postpartum & brand new to working out.

She'd always been athletic and played sports, but, after going to school to become a pharmacist, starting a busy career & becoming a mom, she had become less active, was feeling uncomfortable in her body & finding herself getting winded walking up the stairs with her baby.

In her first 5-6 months, Megan went from having absolutely no idea where to start or what to do to become fit enough to keep up with her growing daughter & get her confidence back >> to slaying all her 12 month goals in her first 5 months!

Her success:
- cut her stress in half
- Doubled her confidence
