My fav question: How do you want to FEEL this summer? ☀️👙

It's probably not feeling like you can’t go to a BBQ because there will be evil temptress burgers there.
Probably not like sweating in pants because you don’t want anyone to see your legs.
Probably not like you can’t RSVP YES to a pool party because pools tend to necessitate swimsuits.

I’m guessing you want to feel:
👙Confident to wear a two-piece & play effortlessly with your kids.
🥾Like a strong bish who can swim out to the dock or climb The Chief.
☀️The sun on your skin.
🛥️Like the fit, fun mom who can dive into the lake & play tag on the beach.

So some questions to ask yourself if you’re dreading wearing the bathing suit or the shorts soon: 🩳
❓ Is what I’m doing for my body currently working? Did what I did last summer work to get me closer to where I want to be?
❓ When did I have the most fun last summer? Let’s integrate that into this year’s plan.
❓ How GOOD do you want to feel this summer? What would that require of you?

IDK about you, but THAT doesn’t feel like a diet or restriction or prison. That feels fun, like WTF do I want to do this summer? Who do I want to be?

Buying another fitness app, cutting calories, doing more cardio, restricting food, or throwing money at a complicated phased diet you don’t understand...is not the way, sister.

Including the parts of summer that are most important to you & that you will remember for years to come without feeling guilt or shame? THAT is the way.

Nobody does!

Any quick fixes that claim to exist often lead to developing poor relationships with food and/or exercise. Also, often focusing on your body as something that needs to be fixed, rather than encompassing self love every step of the way. 💔

This girl joined us for High Vibe Holiday and was such a wonderful addition to our community. She saw the value, and loved it so much, she stayed with us for 1:1 coaching! 🙂
❤️This is when we got to use our Muscles & Mindset Unique Mechanism & customized it for her exact needs!

🤩 She quickly saw after only 3 months, a decrease in her all or nothing thinking, sugar cravings and 11 lbs!! 🤩

HOW WE DID IT 👇

Implemented a consistent and realistic movement routine that she could do 5 days per week.
Spent time explaining the "why" behind our cravings and less desirable eating habits so she could finally gain control!
Found a connection practice that worked for her, and her family to reduce any overhanging stressers.

HOW WE DID IT 👇
❤️We used our Muscles & Mindset Unique Mechanism & customized it for her exact needs!

We got her not only implementing new recipes, but consistently finding ways to make each meal or snack a little bit healthier, which resulted in less mindless snacking at work. (Parents, please stop sending junk food to school for the staff) 😉
By setting consistent weekly goals, she was able to increase her daily movement and get creative with her after dinner white space. Even on cold winter days she had a Plan A, B, and C to make sure she could get those steps in.
We also implemented a simple, but effective morning and evening routine that allowed her to improve her sleep, providing her with more energy, less stress, and better recovery from her workouts.

The best part:
🌟 Some of her friends and family members have now adopted her habits making her environment more supportive, and allowing her to feel so FREAKING CONFIDENT, and with so much belief in herself, that she is graduating next week! 🌟

HOW WE DID IT 👇
❤️We used our Muscles & Mindset Unique Mechanism & customized it fer her exact needs!

We gave her meal prep ideas full of protein and vegetables that take minimal work to prepare, along with a sweet treats recipe book that would allow for some of her favorite indulgences.
We started her out with a goal of training 3x IF she was well rested, as her newborn tended to keep her up at night. We implemented a plan A, and plan B, for those days. She is now up to 5 or even 6 workouts a week sometimes!
We celebrated every single win, no matter how small, with a focus on affirmation building and positive self-talk.

🌟 She is now down 13lbs and her DR has improved drastically! 🌟
