Struggling with sleep? This 4-session series, led by a mental health counsellor, will help you understand why sleep problems happen and give you practical tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and sleep psychology to support better rest and lasting sleep habits. Register for the sessions that interest you!

Cervical screening available

📣CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING (PAPS) NOW AVAILABLE AT ANCIENT RIVERS FAMILY HEALTH TEAM IN RENFREW! 📣

We’re pleased to collaborate with other local primary care teams and the Ottawa Valley OHT to offer cervical cancer screening to patients who DO NOT have a family doctor or nurse practitioner.

👉 If you do have a family doctor or nurse practitioner, please contact them directly to book your screening.

✅ HPV testing has now replaced the Pap test in Ontario as the standard for cervical cancer screening. Screening is an important way to detect changes early and leads to better health outcomes.

You are eligible if all of the following apply:
🔷You have a cervix
🔷You’re 25–70 years old
🔷You’ve had any type of sexual activity
🔷It’s been 3 years or more since your last Pap test
🔷You do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner
