If I live in fear of tomorrow, I lose the present.... simple but so much beauty around. I have the gift of sight, ability to hear, mental capabilities, nourishment, creativity and so much more. I have love and empathy for others. I have boundaries. I choose kindness over haughtiness ⭕

> I return to yoga and small daily mantras to soothe my nervous system. To feel focused, relaxed and at peace. ❤️

> I release everything to time and the universe.. letting go of everything that isn't meant for my higher good and being open to change, growth, and all that's meant for me.

> For now, I rest. I over-love myself, choose gentle optimism, and allow the bare minimum to be enough until I am stronger—working, moving lightly, and trusting better habits will return when I’m ready.

C) Model Training (Runway, print, promo)

D) AMERI Model & Talent Portfolio (basic to advanced package, Partnering photographer decides the cost or use content from jobs booked)

E) Job placement ( dependent on your aptitude, clients selections, willingness to travel and other factors etc)
