Terry Kemp, 3rd generation in the dairy industry passes away suddenly.
Terry ~ Suddenly, at his residence on Tuesday, December 13th, 2016 in his 63rd year. Beloved partner of Christine Thompson. Loving father of Lesley (Tom) Sprague, Jeff and Todd (Lexi) Kemp, Tyler, Michael and Corbett Thompson. Cherished grandfather of Raegen and Deacon. Survived by his brothers Dan (Ann) and Ted Kemp and Aunt Joyce Banton. Predeceased by his parents Barbara and Raymond Kemp.
Terry was the president of Noblewood Transport, and was the 3rd generation in a long family history in the dairy industry. Terry was the president of the Ontario Milk Transport Association and he was a past master of the St. John’s Lodge 104.
For visitation, family and friends will be received at the ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME, 45 Main Street West, Norwich ON (519-863-3020), on Friday from 2 - 4 and from 7 - 9 p. m, including a Masonic memorial service at 6:30 p.m, and on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the Norwich Community Centre, 53 Stover Street South, Norwich, ON from 2 - 3 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Community Centre at 3 p.m, officiated by Reverend Sydney Elias. Cremation will follow. Following the services, guests are invited to remain for a meal and reception with the family and continue to celebrate Terry’s life. In memory of Terry, donations can be made to the Sakura House, Trillium Fund, or the Shriner’s Hospital.
