I am excited to share that I am planning to start running process therapy groups starting fall 2023.
Group therapy is very helpful for working through interpersonal struggles, gaining self awareness, learning what you are thinking and feeling, as well as how to share this with others - helping us learn to create deeper intimacy in relationship while learning how to experience conflict with safety.
