Today , on World’s Autism Awareness Day

𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬,
𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

It’s a chance for all of us to reflect on the diverse experiences of those on the autism spectrum. Autism is a spectrum, and each individual’s journey is unique. It’s true that life can be challenging for many, but by fostering understanding, we can make the world a more inclusive place.

Autistic individuals often face difficulties navigating a world that doesn’t always accommodate their needs. But they also have remarkable strengths, perspectives, and talents to offer. We can all play a part in creating a more welcoming and empathetic world.

Let’s take the time to learn about what it means to be different, to embrace diversity, and to treat everyone with kindness and respect. As you said, just like how children who are differently-abled spend hours learning how to connect with others, we can also take the time to learn how to better interact and build connections with those who may be different from us.

Today, and every day, let’s make the world a kinder, more inclusive place for everyone, regardless of their differences

It was a meaningful discussion with on her talk show Roshini on about the mental health of immigrant women.
A heart-to-heart talk sharing my personal experiences and real-life stories. It was a heartfelt conversation about the struggles and experiences that many face. My hope is that this discussion inspires and empowers women to acknowledge and prioritize their mental health.

Maintaining good mental health is crucial for your overall well-being and quality of life.

It all starts by making self care priority then scheduling activities around what brings joy - not just once but regularly so it’s embedded into daily routine naturally .Engaging in self-care practices can aid in preserving your mental health, as well as improving your resilience.

Practicing self-care can effectively reduce stress, minimize the risk of illness, and boost your energy levels. Even small acts of self-care in your daily routine can have a substantial impact.

It is a reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s day or even their life. Let’s all take a moment to spread some positivity and be the light we want to see in the world.

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around”

Brain health edition !!
Can’t find your car keys? Forget your grocery list? Can’t remember the name of the movie? You’re not alone. Everyone forgets things once in a while. Still, memory loss is nothing to take lightly.
Studies have indicated that engaging in both physical activity and cognitive exercises is crucial for safeguarding ourselves against neurological damage, maintaining a healthy brain, and preserving our memory. To enhance our cognitive health and prevent memory loss in the long run, here are some ideas and activities that can keep our brains healthy.

Study published in neurology in 2020 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32554763/ found that people who participate in multiple healthy behaviors significantly reduce their risk for Alzheimer’s disease, the most common form of dementia
