Barb came to us a few months ago with one clear goal ๐๐ฝ to build muscle and become her strongest self in this season of life.
In her 60s and living an active lifestyle filled with climbing, biking, hiking, and time with her granddaughters, Barb wanted to keep doing what she loves, feeling strong and capable every step of the way. ๐ช๐ฝ
Since starting, sheโs committed to 3 strength-focused workouts each week and has already seen increases in both lean muscle and skeletal muscle. Beyond the physical changes, Barb shares that sheโs sleeping better, waking up with more energy, and feeling ready to take on anything her days bring. ๐
She also prioritizes recovery, attending 2 classes per week to support mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness.
We are so grateful to have this inspiring woman in our community. Barb reminds us that feeling your best is truly a lifestyle, not just a phase. ๐
