This class is designed to help you move gently while building strength, mobility, and connection within the body.

Classes may include breathwork (pranayama), sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated stretches, gentle twists, and restorative shapes — all linked with breath and movement to help cultivate presence and ease.

My hope is that you leave class feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
