As I sit here snuggled in my bed, reviewing the class plan for teaching tomorrow, all I can feel is gratitude. Gratitude for having a warm bed to sleep in. Gratitude for 2 stable jobs that support and sustain me, and allow me to live the life I have always dreamt of. Gratitude for having supportive friends and people in my circle. Gratitude for an amazing loving boyfriend, who has taught me so much about myself, and of life.

I also have gratitude for learning how to have forgiveness. Forgiveness towards myself, and the mistakes I have made along the way. Forgiveness towards the people who have harmed me in the past. And forgiveness for the people who are still learning to heal, along the way.

Also feeling excitement for tomorrow’s class! Tomorrow is Sacral chakra day! 🎉🥰
