Mental Health & Meditation To live a happy, prosperous and peaceful life, we need to look within through self-reflection, affirmations and meditation.

Through life’s ups and downs, I emerged healthy, free, and peaceful, cultivating a deep love and compassion to help others achieve the same transformation. My name is Nishi, and for the past 15 years, I have been healing myself and others by following the guidance of my inner world. In my late 20s, I was diagnosed with debilitating migraines that required medication twice a day, yet even higher doses proved ineffective. By my early 30s, I faced additional diagnoses of diabetes and high cholesterol, and I was plagued by frequent suicidal thoughts. My life felt like a relentless struggle. Despite being a healthy eater, a routine follower, and free from substance addiction, I couldn’t understand what I was doing wrong. I was broken and constantly seeking help from the universe. Then, one day, a friend’s call became the answer to my prayers. He helped me reflect on myself more deeply than ever before. I realized that negative emotions and unbreakable thoughts were addictions that, though seemingly small, were crucial barriers to living a happy life. That phone call and my commitment to self-work transformed my entire existence. Years of meditative practice, living in the present moment, and letting go of old pain, grief, and fear have deepened my connection to life. I now not only enjoy my life but am also thrilled to help others. Under my guidance, my friends have freed themselves from traumas that once sabotaged their lives. While my approach is similar to that of a therapist, it is also uniquely different. I not only share my own insights but also guide others in a way that resonates deeply with their life purpose. I employ various healing modalities such as meditation, chakra cleansing, counselling, energy work, visualization, kundalini awakening, affirmations, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Now Healing (Instant Shifts) to release stored negative energy from the mind, body, and spirit. These ancient techniques have been practiced worldwide for thousands of years. For example, I encourage my family and friends to tap into their emotions through EFT, helping them peel back the layers of their issues. Counselling helps uncover the root cause, which is often unexpected. My creative and mindful approach assists individuals in seeing the truth from different perspectives. I not only guide them but also provide a roadmap to connect with their own instincts. By breaking old patterns, they emerge from addictions, outdated beliefs, and feelings of being stuck. After working with me, they can easily focus on attracting more abundance, prosperity, and success in a rightful manner. Root chakra meditation:
When our root chakra is in balance, we feel connected, strong and safe in our life and when out of balance we feel fearful, insecure, powerless, etc. Feeling too much fear and insecurity in life makes us weak which leads us to doubt our strength and little by little we start losing trust in the universe.
Note: while meditating if you yawn, burp, have watery eyes, sensations etc, it means you have moved the stagnant energy in your body.
