Keto Cheese Chips

Seriously so delicious, and a great substitute for chips.

1. Preheat the oven to 400F
2. Add shredded cheese to a pan lined with parchment paper in small heaps.
3. Make sure to leave enough room so they aren’t touching.
4. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper or your spice of choice.
5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of your chips.
6. Watch to make sure they don’t burn.
7. Let cool in a cooling rack and enjoy alone or with a keto friendly dip.

Keto Buffalo Pulled Chicken

I love some good buffalo chicken and this keto friendly recipe matches that craving! The recipe is very simple using the crockpot and gives me a meals all week. Eat the chicken on its own topped with ranch, lettuce wrapped, a sandwich on keto friendly bread or wrap or often times i use it as a salad topper.

The instructions could not be simpler!

- 4 chicken breasts or 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 large jar of Frank Red Hot Sauce (original)
- 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch powder
- 2 tablespoons of butter

Place chicken into the crockpot. In a bowl mix together your hot sauce and ranch packet. Pour the mixture over your chicken. Cook in the crockpot for 6 hours on high.

Once chicken is cooked, pull the chicken out and shred with a fork. Add additional sauce from the crockpot to your desired spiciness and add in 2 tablespoons of butter. Serve however you like.

That’s it! Delicious and simple, and prepped for the week 😊

Pepperoni Chips! Dip in ranch, or your fave keto dip.

Lay pepperoni’s on a baking sheet with cooling rack.

Bake in oven at 400 for 5-7 mins. Let cool to crisp up.

Keto beef and broccoli!

- striploin steak cut into pieces
- roasted broccoli
- 2 tbs tamari sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbs water

Roast broccoli in the oven.

Fry steak pieces till desired. When steak cooked add roasted broccoli and sauce. Serve with cauliflower rice or on its own.

I seriously love chaffles! Basic chaffle recipe turned into pizza... 1.5g net carbs for both mini pizzas!

I didn’t use tomato sauce, as i have a hard time finding sugar free. Pesto is a base that i have used in the past.

Basic chaffle:

1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 egg

Place half the mixture onto the mini waffle maker for 4 minutes. Repeat for second chaffle.

Recipe makes two chaffles

Low carb keto meat loaf! & roasted broccoli (Looks gross, tastes great!)

- 1 lb ground beef
- Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix packet
- 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (can be substituted for almond flour)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup No sugar added ketchup (optional)

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan.
2. Combine all ingredients (except ketchup) till well combined. Transfer mixture to loaf pan.
3. Bake in oven for 40 minutes. If using ketchup, remove from oven and top with ketchup. Return to oven for 20 more minutes. If not using ketchup, bake for 60 minutes total.
4. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

1.5 gram net carbs per serving (using pork rinds, without ketchup)
