It gets dark earlier now and the last thing you probably want to do is exercise...
Did you know that many of us experience a drop in our mood in the fall? Less sunlight is definitely a factor, but we also tend to go sedentary at this time of year. Many of us are releasing and letting go, but there’s an optimal way to do it.
Studies show multiple benefits to ridding the body of the day’s accumulated tension and stress by increasing our heart rate and doing strength-building activities. The end of the day is a perfect reset time for the body and brain before bed.
Join me in a 45-minute powerful yoga flow class for part of November and the beginning of December. All levels are welcome as long as you go at your own pace and meet yourself where you are. Breaks are always encouraged as you progress towards increasing your power. It is all part of the process!

Dates: Thursday evenings November, 14th, 21st, 28th , December 5th, and 12th from 6:30 pm-7:15 pm.
This class is only 45 min as we aim to give 100% for a good 30 min.
Location: The Little Red Barn of Joy studio on location at 25013 Township Rd 254, Calgary AB, T3R 1A2.
Cost: $45 for all 5 classes ($9/class) or $22 drop-in
