So over my week last week at our biggest conference of the year, I had a great heart to heart chat with my mentor and upline as we waited to board our separate flights home.

We were discussing things we took away from the conference and what we planned to implement once we got home. It got pretty deep in the middle when she asked me what was holding me back, and why I was full of fear. Then our conversation shifted to the way I was talking to myself and being so hard on myself for knowing what I need to do for my business and NOT doing it.. and all the things I’d tell myself and end up not taking any action at all..

Then she hit me with something that resonated so hard within me.. and some of you may not know this about me.. but I came to the Lord Jesus and God about 6 years ago.. and haven’t missed a day of reading my Bible since. Now my mentor said to me, would you talk to God the way you’ve been talking to yourself? Would he talk to you like that..? It brought me to tears.. because of course I wouldn’t and He wouldn’t.. 💡moment! So why was I saying these things to myself?!

I want you to really think about the way you speak to yourself.. and put a HUGE ❌ to that next thought. And really start to notice when those thoughts come into your mind. You can’t always control that first thought, but become aware and listen and STOP that next negative thought you were about to think. BE LIKE NO! That’s not me, then choose to think God created me perfect, just the way I am.. believe you are worthy, cause hun, you so are!

I feel you! I was you, I was there too.. 3.5 years ago I got introduced to an amazing company I knew nothing about at the time..

All I knew was that I wasn’t feeling happy in my own body, or with the way it looked. I was always bloated and felt like if I even looked at food it would go straight to my midsection. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Coming from a girl who was always known as the bean pole, struggling with weight or having low body image was not something I expected to deal with!

💪🏻 People are always asking what the secrets are to my healthy habit routine… here it is.. 🤫

I give my body the things it needs, supplements that support a healthy gut, and whole foods to support a healthy body.. not to say I don’t indulge in a little junk food (all in moderation) of course.

I move my body (workout) 3-5 days per week. Having a home gym and reformer Pilates machine at home means I don’t ever have to go to a gym! Also happy to share my workout programs with ya’ll! 🏋🏻‍♀️

🧐 I dive heavily into personal development with podcasts everyday, meditations, positive affirmations and reading.

🚰 drinking plenty of water, or water infused with fizz! Which means going to the lieu a LOT! 🤭

There it is! My secrets, that’s it folks! I do the things, I show up.. no more excuses. Come along for the ride friends. I’ll show you the freaking way! 🥂
