Today's batch cook for one of my post partum clients! 🍽👶
Here's what was on the menu:
➡️ Santa Monica Bowl: Black rice, mixed greens, tomato, blueberry and peanut balsamic dressing
➡️ Sweet Potato and Apple Tray Bake: Italian sausage, swiss chard, red onion, walnuts, honey mustard dressing
➡️ Green Curry Buddha Bowl: Coconut brown rice, steamed broccoli, cabbage, carrot, crispy tofu and green curry coconut sauce
➡️ Teriyaki Salmon Bowl: Basmati rice, teriyaki salmon, stir-fried baby bok choy, edamame, shredded carrot, pickled cucumber and nori
➡️ Lemon Coconut Energy Balls
