Communication is indispensable in every relationship. It does not only help to solve conflicts, but most importantly, it helps to deepen emotional connections and promote intimacy. When partners communicate effectively, they create an environment of trust and mutual respect. This allows them to share their feelings, thoughts and needs without fear of judgement or rejection. On the other hand, a lack of communication can lead to blame, resentment, lack of relational growth, lack of security and safety and disconnection from one another.
