“I specialize in helping my patients heal from pain and postural imbalances through massage therapy. My greatest joy comes from the progress I see when helping people heal and begin to feel like their self again, and I am honoured for the opportunity to help you feel better naturally.

5 fun facts about me:

⁃ I love anything to do with wellness as it has become my passion while studying acupuncture and Chinese medicine - I am currently in my third year!
⁃ My love is the piano - my favourite songs to play are classical and film soundtrack pieces.
⁃ I am fascinated with the root cause of imbalances in the body and love studying massage therapy and Chinese medicine to better understand where symptoms, pain and imbalances come from.
⁃ I love spending time outdoors in the mountains.
⁃ I love animals, especially my snuggly yellow lab.

- I’ve been a Lash Tech since Oct. 2023 and LOVE what I do.
- I love to stay active, my main hobbies at the moment are volleyball, weightlifting, and golf.
