CBI Health is proud to be a sponsor at Impact 2026, where forward-thinking leaders, innovators, and changemakers across the community disability services sector are coming together to address key challenges and share actionable solutions.

Rochelle and Kristin from our Edmonton team were on site throughout Day 1, connecting with partners and taking part in sessions centred on collaboration and inclusion.

As part of our work at CBI Health, we’re proud to support pathways into employment through programs like CBI Health - Supportability, which helps individuals with disabilities build skills, confidence, and meaningful employment pathways, and HealthWork, which supports structured entry into healthcare roles through volunteer placements, training, and career supports.

As Day 2 unfolds, we’re looking forward to more conversations, practical insights, and ideas that continue to shape the future of our sector.

Small changes can make a big difference.

Inclusive practices remove barriers and create space for more people to contribute, grow, and do their best work.

With recent data showing that a third of Canadian employees are planning to change jobs in early 2026, creating inclusive and supportive workplaces matters more than ever. Our work supports individuals while also partnering with employers to build accessible, welcoming environments.
