People have been asking when to show up for appointments. In my practice it’s an hour hands on. I prefer when people show up 5 minutes early to discuss what we are working on, maybe do an assessment, & time to get on the table then still start hands on at the appointment time. Every business is different, but if you show up on time, that assessment eats up part of your hour. If I can stay longer I will, but when there are other appointments after you, that may eat up your hands on time. A professional does not start without knowing the primary concerns and construct a meaningful treatment plan full on. Like my mother always says early is on time, on time is late.
