Glimmer moment - it snowed a lot (for here) last week and we are supposed to get another 3-4” tomorrow. This morning I took the Yorkie for a walk and it was like walking in springtime. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping and playing, and the dog was bouncing happily down the sidewalk. 😊

Distance Reiki is the quiet reminder that connection is not confined to proximity.

You’ve felt it before. Thinking of someone and they reach out. Sensing love across miles. Being held in prayer by someone who is not beside you. Energy moves in much the same way, through intention, attention, and presence.

During a distance session, I enter a grounded, focused state and intentionally offer healing energy to you wherever you are. There is no strain and no force, only invitation. Your body receives what it needs, in its own wisdom and timing. Many people notice a gentle softening, warmth, emotion surfacing, or simply a deep, restorative calm.

You do not need special beliefs. You do not need perfect stillness. You do not even need to understand how it works.

You only need a willingness to be supported.

Healing is not bound by walls, rooms, or geography. It travels the same way care does, quietly, faithfully, and exactly where it is needed.

You don’t have to be “broken” to receive Reiki.

I hear this so often — sometimes out loud, sometimes quietly underneath the words:
“Things aren’t that bad… I should be able to handle this… other people have it worse.”

And yet… you’re tired.
Your body feels tight or heavy.
Your nervous system never quite gets to stand down.
You feel a little disconnected from yourself, even when life looks “fine” on paper.

Reiki isn’t only for crisis moments.
It’s not a last resort.
It’s not about fixing what’s wrong.

Reiki is for:
~ regulating your nervous system
~ coming back into your body
~ creating space to breathe — emotionally and physically
~ receiving, instead of always holding it all together

You don’t have to justify rest.
You don’t have to wait until burnout.
You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve support.

Sometimes the most powerful healing happens when we choose care before things break.
