Reflection & Tea Circle – A nurturing space to share, sip tea, and support each other as Terri tunes into the circle’s energy with her healing “tool belt” to see what the group needs.

•Guided Visualization & Inner Work – Deep exercises to uncover and release what’s holding you back.
•Gentle,Yin or Reflection Yoga
•Pranayama Breathwork – Aligning your breath with your body’s natural rhythm.
