Our 6-week Track Program is designed to build real speed, power, and running efficiency through coached track sessions that go beyond just “running hard.”

Each class starts with a structured warm-up, then you’ll train in one of two formats:
• Sprint Workouts (30m–150m)
• Speed Endurance (60m–400m)

If your tendons hurt, there’s a good chance they’re not being exposed to enough progressive load to actually adapt.

Different tempos, different forces, different ways of loading the tendon… that’s what builds real capacity.

Because tendons don’t just need movement. They need stress, applied the right way.

If you’re dealing with tendon pain (or trying to avoid it): underloading can be just as much of a problem as overloading.

Shoutout to Dr. Ainsley Vettese for showing us some great examples of variations in tendon loading exercises of the ankle/foot! Book with her to start dealing with those nagging tendon issues!
