As we fall back into routine, it's important to know that our bodies have an internal clock known as the circadian rhythm, which regulates our sleep-wake cycle.

📱 Exposure to blue light from devices can disrupt this rhythm, making it harder for us to fall asleep at night.

Fortunately, there are many ways to reduce the effects of blue light:

🔹 Adopt the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and look at something 20 feet away.

🔹 Use blue light filters: Many devices now offer built-in settings or apps that filter out blue light, particularly useful during evening hours.

🔹 Wear blue light-blocking glasses: These glasses have special lenses that block or absorb blue light, reducing exposure.
