When Your Mind Won’t Turn Off

Some people look calm on the outside while their mind is running nonstop on the inside. Overthinking can show up as replaying conversations, imagining future problems, or feeling mentally exhausted before the day even begins.

Evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) teach you how to notice unhelpful thought loops, challenge them, and respond in a way that feels more grounded.
