When Your Mind Won’t Turn Off
Some people look calm on the outside while their mind is running nonstop on the inside. Overthinking can show up as replaying conversations, imagining future problems, or feeling mentally exhausted before the day even begins.
Therapy can help slow this cycle. Evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) teach you how to notice unhelpful thought loops, challenge them, and respond in a way that feels more grounded. In some cases, therapy may also be paired with medical support, such as a consultation with a physician or psychiatrist, when symptoms are persistent or severe.
