Life comes with a lot of suffering, and my intention is support those beings, who feel to move beyond suffer, into a space of inner freedom. The approach which I use is much how I live my own life - rather than step by step moving forward, envision the experience and work backwards to remove the obstacles. Since I naturally see "problems" in their context and within a bigger picture, I am able to support beings in the complexities of relationships to find greater harmony along with the individual growth towards emotional freedom. Spirituality and mindfulness are paramount in my life and those who would like to work with me will be encouraged to look inside and release that which is not serving their expansion into the heart.

Amazing insight from one of the lovely beings who I talk to occasionally

I’ve spent most of my life feeling like I needed validation from others—family, friends, etc. But I’ve come to realize that the only validation I truly need is from myself. I still have my days, but for the most part, I love who I am, and I think I’m almost at the point where, even if no one else did, I’d be okay. I’ve grown so much this year, and I definitely have others to thank for helping me come back to myself—I might not have gotten here without them. It’s not that I just see myself in other people struggling; it’s more that I know we can love ourselves enough that we don’t need love or validation from others. I think everyone should have that for themselves.

“2 sniffs and a sigh”
The “physiological sigh” — two short inhales and one extended exhale — has been shown in studies to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lower heart rate, and reduce anxiety. It’s a fast, natural way to regulate your nervous system during moments of high stress.
Pro tip: Allow the first , strong sniff to fill your belly, the second sniff to fill your chest , then release with an extended audible sigh. Repeat 10 times.

Fear often sneaks up on us, hidden beneath other emotions. The key to overcoming it lies in awareness, honesty, and courage. Talking about it can help uncover its true nature, and meditation may provide clarity.

Sometimes, fear acts as a gatekeeper—its very presence suggests that growth lies on the other side. But this creates two fears: the hidden fear itself and the fear of facing it. No wonder we avoid it.

To move through fear, we must go against the instinct to retreat. It may feel like jumping off a cliff, like a kind of "death." But once faced, fear shifts—it loses its power, revealing itself to be far less terrifying than it seemed.

Will create a workshop to help those who fear confrontation and conflict!
To be conflict avoidant can lead to a lot of inner stress and a lot of bad long term situations! Learning how to tolerate the discomfort and having the courage to take some of it on is very transformative - it takes a bit of time and practice as do all skills!!
