Fear often sneaks up on us, hidden beneath other emotions. The key to overcoming it lies in awareness, honesty, and courage. Talking about it can help uncover its true nature, and meditation may provide clarity.
Sometimes, fear acts as a gatekeeper—its very presence suggests that growth lies on the other side. But this creates two fears: the hidden fear itself and the fear of facing it. No wonder we avoid it.
To move through fear, we must go against the instinct to retreat. It may feel like jumping off a cliff, like a kind of "death." But once faced, fear shifts—it loses its power, revealing itself to be far less terrifying than it seemed.
