Hi Friends,
Wow 2025 is almost in the bag. I wanted to give everyone a little life update as I haven't been very active on my socials. In May I had a breast reduction. They removed almost 2.5 pounds of tissue. And truth be told the healing has been 10x harder than I ever imagined. It's been 7 months and I still am not 100% back to moving my body the way I used to. There's been complications, nerve damage, and painful scar tissue.
This year has been about condensing my energy and focusing on my own healing. I really wasn't in any state to be supporting others and took time away from my practice to heal and go slow. Conserve energy. Daydream. Rest.
But in that time there was a lot of new awareness. A new website was birthed and I found a lovely new space to host in person sessions off 14th Ave. in Kensington.
I am also going to be enrolling in a 200 hr yoga teacher training. Mainly for my own journey but I have a vision for day retreats / day workshops combining movement, visualization and Akashic work.
2025 you were a tough year, but you taught me some valuable lessons.
1. Go at your own pace always. Slow & steady wins the race.
2. Everyday will be different and that's ok.
3. It's ok to let go of goals, with grace.
4. Rest is crucial for your mind, body, emotions and soul.
5. You have to want it! Whatever "it" is for you, otherwise you won't manifest it.
6. Your body is a gift, treat it well. There is freedom in simply being able to move unencumbered.
I'm looking forward to 2026. May it be filled with more healing, movement, grace, abundance,
laughter, freedom and alignment.
