I am a counselling psychologist specializing in psychotherapy – while some psychologists choose to focus on individual therapeutic issues, I prefer to focus on therapy as a whole. This allows me to deal with each individual client as a whole, rather than hyper-focusing on one small element. I follow an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on four well-known types of therapy (Psychodynamic, REBT, Gestalt and Imago therapy). My approach to therapy stems from the belief that every individual is shaped by forces outside of their control, but holds within them the potential to remould themselves to fit the future they envision for themselves.
