Look at the patterns that you have changed, that you have healed. Look how far you have come. It is also important to realize that your ancestors see you breaking patterns that were not healthy. The best way to do this is to surround yourself in nature. Even going for a walk in a park will bring you back to yourself. Take some deep breaths and feel the earth beneath your feet. Connect with her as you breathe in the energy of Mother Earth. Feel the worries or anxiety leave your body as you breathe out.
Do this regularly to center and calm your  nervous system.
