What makes you smile? Laughter is contagious. So is joy. What makes your heart sing? No matter how busy your life is, make time to do whatever makes you happy. This could be playing with your pets, spending time with friends, watching a funny video, or more. If you have to schedule it, do it. Forget the idea of having to wait until it's a good time. We are always busy. The thing about taking time out for yourself to have fun is that it also spills into your productive life. You are more efficient because you are balanced.

Life today is so busy and we are on 24/7. There is no break. Our minds are constantly thinking about what we need to do or something that already happened. It can be overwhelming.
Stop and take the time to look around at what is working and what is good in your life. Step into the present moment. Appreciate the people in your life who have supported you or are  standing beside you. Look at the experiences you've had that have brought you where you are today. Take a moment to have gratitude. The more we appreciate what we have, the more the universe will provide.

Are your intentions pure? What goals are you trying to achieve? Sometimes we start out with the purest of intentions but other things get in the way. Our ego gets involved which can sabotage the project. Think about why you wanted to do it in the first place. There are times when we lose sight of the true reason. When this happens, we may lose authenticity, or become judgemental.
Go back to the beginning. Remember the excitement you felt when you began.
Ask your unicorn for focus and direction.

When you are in that place of feeling really down about yourself, do not believe what you are telling yourself. Those thoughts are lies. You're just in a bad place at the time. When those thoughts come up, go to a mirror and look in your eyes and say,
"You know that's not true."
Just as you would if a friend said them.
