💫✨🔮 The follow up!

A full length reading generally takes about an hour.

My client opted to partake in the self massage for the face lesson, which takes about 6 minutes and helps to relax the body and mind into a more open state.

Then came the calling in of the spirit team 💖✨💫

I pulled cards from the decks she chose and added some from my own.

When we were done with the cards, I tuned in to “see what I see” (usually done by holding the clients hand but online I feel into their energy field). A lot of the time it is an animal that shows up, and the way that it is behaving can reveal even more information.

At the end, I take photos of the cards and descriptions and send them by text or email.

Afterwards, I will send my client a photo if the spread as well as all the descriptions in the books so that they can reference them during the integration phase (more on that later).
