The truth is… you shouldn’t even be prying into someone’s health journey unless they want you to.

The GLP-1 drug is not a quick decision to make and it should never be. It should be an educated decision. Educated by your doctors, nutritionists and science.

For some people, this is about finally getting medical support after years of spinning their wheels. For others, it’s not appropriate at all. Both can be true at the same time.

What’s not okay?
The judgment.
The assumptions.
The unsolicited opinions from people who have zero context.

If you actually care about someone’s health, support them or just simply stay out of it.

We’re talking rapid muscle loss, brittle bones, nutrient deficiencies, low energy, mood swings…you name it.

“Speed running” means doing it as fast as possible. This post is the extreme opposite of what we recommend our clients do when they get on GLP1 drugs.

You NEED to strength train
You NEED to hit a minimum protein goal.

The goal is not to lose weight and look worse. It’s to lose body fat, get healthier AND look better.

You can’t start a new healthier chapter of your life if suddenly you feel sick all the time and have no sense of strength or vitality.

This isn’t just doom‑scrolling horror, it’s a lesson in how the body responds when you deprive it of energy, nutrients, or movement.
