Karen Holmes is a Life coach, NLP practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emergency Medical Responder, and certified St John Ambulance Instructor. She is a Type 1 diabetic with a service dog named Asha who also volunteers in the therapy dog program, to brighten people's day in hospitals and private facilities.
