The Crystal Kids Workshop at Soul Food Crystals & Books has been moved to June 13, and I am so excited to spend this special time with your amazing little crystal lovers.

Today I took a baby step.

This paper mâché mask was created in Grade 7 in 1972 and chosen for the Calgary Stampede exhibition. I have carried it through decades because of the memories and pride connected to it.

Today, I chose to keep the memory… and release the item.
Pictures are tucked into my journal, the memories stay in my heart, and I create a little more breathing room in my life.

Healing sometimes begins with one small step.
One drawer. One shelf. One item. One choice.

As an Angel Empowerment Practitioner, I love supporting others through releasing, healing, and creating space for new energy and new beginnings.

I’m shifting the way I look at decluttering.

Instead of focusing on throwing things away, I’m choosing to create breathing room.

One small space at a time.

Inspired by the Swedish lifestyle philosophy of Lagom, I’m learning that balance and peace can begin in the smallest corners of our homes and hearts.

Sometimes our belongings carry emotional connections, memories, comfort, or even old energy. Healing can include gently releasing what no longer supports the life we are creating.

Gentle steps.
Peaceful energy.
No pressure.
