The Earth Elements Reiki Level 1 training is a certified, online offering designed to support self-healing - and you can begin anytime.

You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki and how to gently weave this healing energy into your everyday life, creating more balance, clarity, and connection with who you really are.

Together, we’ll explore:

✨ How to tune into the messages from your Source and angels
✨ The history and principles of Usui Reiki
✨ Establishing a consistent meditation practice
✨ The chakras and energetic bodies
✨ Working intuitively with crystals
✨ Using Reiki as a tool for manifestation

This is one of my favourite affirmations (if you keep up with the Daily Angel Messages, you’ll know this too!) ❤️

There is a Divine plan unfolding at every moment of every day. And it’s led by our desires. Each being on our planet, and in our Universe, is heard and answered by Source. No matter how big or small our requests are, they are answered completely. All things are unfolding in the perfect way to lead us to what we are asking for.

Repeat this affirmation often: All is well. ✨

Take note of all the big and small things that are working out for you. The message that comes at the perfect moment in time. A kind gesture from someone. Feeling guided to do something and it unfolding perfectly. Finding a coin on the street. Receiving signs from your angels. Feeling more peace in your heart.

When you practice looking for the well-being that is surrounding you, you will find it. The more you look for the good, the more goodness will unfold in your life. And soon, you will have full faith and trust in your knowing of well-being.

All truly is well. Keep looking for the evidence of that, and it will show up for you. 🌈
