It’s Thoughtful Thursday, one of 3 days a week I offer DBT infused yoga classes. 🧘‍♀️

These classes are friendly to all levels of yoga students, various options are provided to modify poses to fit each student. 🧑‍🎓

Take an hour out of your day to do some mindful breathing exercises, work with our breath as we move through some yoga poses, work out our stress, and finish with a deep relaxation guided meditation. 🏝️

All this for only $10 🤑

These four aspects of our being are very closely intertwined and when issues arise in one area they will affect the other areas.

Next course completed!

This course was a fun one to add because it focused on fitness for women over the age of 40, which I know am. I learned a lot about hormones and the changes women’s bodies go through and how to design fitness plans that use that knowledge to help women achieve the body results they want!
