We had plans to spend this special weekend together, and although life had other ideas and our time had to take second fiddle to the needs of our precious Isabelle, there is something incredibly beautiful about that. It speaks to the kind of woman and mother you are — loving, selfless, devoted, and always putting those you love first.

Watching you grow into the amazing woman you are today fills me with so much pride. You care deeply, love fiercely, and give so much of yourself to everyone around you. Isabelle is so fortunate to have you as her mom, and I am endlessly grateful to call you my daughter.
